Detox Diet (Health #4)

So today is day three of my "restart" of a special detox diet I am trying.  I started it a few weeks ago, then got the flu a couple weeks in and completely went off the rails when I was sick.  But I'm trying again!  I'm not actually trying to detox, although if I can improve my alkalinity then that's a great side benefit.  My main goals are to lose some belly fat and have more energy.  

 

I've lost one pound already, and some of my body aches are already diminishing.

 

My day starts with some lemon water, and goes from there with some special products that I have been using for years (I just never tried the health products before, I've always just used the beauty products.  But they work great, so why not try more?).  I've eaten a lot of spaghetti squash in the last two days!  Vegetables are very important in this venture.
